Vintage black beaded drawstring wristlet

Vintage black beaded drawstring wristlet
It can be tricky to date items, but I would guess that this bag is from between 1920-1940s based on the size of the beads and the look of the interior lining. It is composed of mostly black, some green, blue, burgundy, brown and purple beads. The beads are stitched to a fine mesh fabric and has some geometric shapes that are occurring both on the front and the back. Additionally decorative looped tassels of black beads are on the front of the bag and on the corded wristlet. The lining textile is beginning to break down slightly at the stress points of stitching near the top loops of the draw string. I would guess the material of the lining to be a natural fiber based by the hand-feel and rough estimate of the age. Bag measures 8” x 7” and has a 7” drop when held by the drawn cording. In decent condition though some beads are missing and the lining has some wear from age.
